The early details for Bronco Daze 2025 have been nailed down and are summarized below.  This year we have been able to arrange a group contract that gives everyone the best available discounted prices for rooms, trailers, or RV sites IF you book following their instructions below.  Read on:

BRONCO DAZE HIGHLIGHTS

• EVENT NAME – Bronco Daze

• DATE – Friday to Sunday, November 7-9, 2025. 

• HQ LOCATION – Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort, 221 Palm Canyon Drive, Borrego Springs, CA 92004

• COST - There is no charge for Bronco Daze. 

• FOR WHO – We love to have Ford Broncos attend, but any street legal 4WD is more than welcome.  Invite your friends!

• WHAT HAPPENS? – 

  • Dash plaques for sale.  

  • 4WD adventures for all levels Friday and Saturday. 

  • Photo Shoot Saturday morning as soon as we are all parked after 8 AM.  (Don't arrive before 8!  There are park restrictions!)

  • Potluck Saturday night.  5:30 PM.  Bring your dinner and a side dish or dessert to share.

  • Social Time all the time.  

  • More is being arranged.

BOOKING FOR BRONCO DAZE

• To get our Bronco Daze discounted group rates, you MUST use either of these methods to book your Reservation:

  1. Calling the Group Sales Reservations Office, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM PST at 805-691-8086 AND giving them the Bronco Daze group name, or . . .

  2.  Emailing groups@highwaywest.com with your arrival and departure dates, your room or RV site desires, your name and phone number, AND referencing the Bronco Daze group name!

• Our best available group rate is available 2 days prior and 2 days post Bronco Daze if you want to enjoy a longer mini-vacation. 

• See the map below to help make your location decision.  We will HQ around RV space 53, have use of Meeting Room #2, and hold the Pot Luck at the Group Picnic area.
